We recommend 2-4 training sessions per week, each around 30-45 minutes. But here's the thing — we work with YOUR schedule. Missed a session? No guilt, no starting over. We just adjust and keep moving forward.
You get access to our private community where you can ask questions, share wins, get support during tough days, and connect with other ADHD women on the same journey. Plus, body-doubling sessions where we train together virtually.
Yes! The monthly membership can be cancelled anytime with no long-term commitment. The Elite programs are 6-month commitments, but many members find that timeframe helps them build lasting habits.
Your program is completely personalised. We work around any injuries, limitations, or health conditions. Paula has over 15 years of experience adapting training for different bodies and needs.
Not at all! If you relate to ADHD struggles — difficulty with consistency, all-or-nothing thinking, executive function challenges — this program can work for you, diagnosed or not. Many members are self-identified or in the process of seeking diagnosis.
You’ll have one main membership portal — your single source of truth — where everything lives. No hunting, no guessing, no 47 tabs. If you want extra convenience, you can also use my private training app that gives you easy access to workouts, demo videos, check-ins, messaging, habit tasks and more. Using the app is completely optional. If apps overwhelm you, stick to the portal. The system adapts to you, not the other way around.
